I've notice a new device added to my iMac :
"Apple UDIF read only compressed (Bzip2)"
What ? Why ? and How did it get there ?
Why do I need it ?
I think but not sure that it was added after the last iTunes update (ver 12.1)
Any explanation will be appreciated .

It is the disk image for the Flash Player installer that you downloaded.
It is not mounted, so it will not show up in the Finder.
With it selected as shown in the second screen shot, click the mount button. Then, eject the disk in the Finder.

I Didn't download any flash player
After restart it gone.
Any action needed to understand the flash player??
Flash Player is an Adobe plug-in that allows you to play flash video in a browser. Mostly, it is unnecessary, now.
I'm not sure how you could have managed to get the installer disk image without downloading it.

Well, you obviously have it installed, so you did at one time download the disk image. I don't use Flash, so I don't know if the Auto-updater downloads a disk image.
